Considering your intention to create a thriving business environment, it’s important to provide your leaders with inner and interpersonal development opportunities, as well as an infrastructure of behavioral guidance support. This allows for a sustained cultural shift within the organization, creating a healthy vital work environment for everyone. .

Before investing in leadership development it’s important to ponder the following questions:

  • Are your leaders committed to continue working at the Tap Room?

  • If so, are they interested in opportunities that guide them through in inner exploration, healing and awareness shifts? Are they interested in holistic leadership development allowing them to step into their potential both in general and as managers?

  • For six weeks, are they willing to jump onto a weekly healing mentorship call and group integration call, practice new daily meditations and incorporate awareness exercises into their lives?

  • Are they able to commit to practicing the material covered on the leadership tutorials?

Initial Structure : 6 weeks total

  • We begin with a couple of weeks of individual investigatory healing and mentorship sessions designed to assist each of your leaders in uncovering their subconscious patterns. These calls will continue for the 6 week duration, to be coupled with meditations and awareness exercises.

    • 1 weekly private healing mentorship call with each leader

  • After the initial phase, we’ll also have weekly group sessions to practice new communication skills and to align your goals. This is important to facilitate continuity within the group.

    • 1 weekly call with the group, starting on week 3

  • In addition to live sessions, it’s important to create long term support for your team. This will be available online, available to them whenever they’re in need.

    • 12 meditations and 8 leadership tutorials, posted to a private section of my website, with ongoing access for the next 5 years

goal: to creat a long term support system for your leaders, building a Clear, functional work environment. less drama, more fun.

future support

In order to make sure this creates effective organizational change I would like to have a one hour conversation with both of your leaders 3 months and 6 months after the completion of this initial phase. This will give us a chance to reflect on the progress made.

goal: increase self awareness within your leaders, done through daily check in and gentle excavation of their triggers. through slowing down, observing what bothers you, sinking in, feeling the feels and loving yourself to pieces, you inevitably start to blossom.
