Hi! I’m Coco Swanson.

As a seasoned executive mentor, coach, healer and entrepreneur. I’m passionate about helping my clients create authentic and impactful change in their personal and professional lives by employing a multi-disciplinary approach of conventional business methods, esoteric wisdom, and insights gained from the Intellectual, Emotional and Somatic Quotients (IQ, EQ and SQ) so it’s an embodied approach.  My goal is to help unlock the key to a more fulfilled, peaceful and aware existence.   

I love the interplay of the pragmatic, revenue-driven business world with emotional intelligence, healing, and spirituality.   

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked with executives across 15 countries and served as a visiting master practitioner at luxury and eco-resorts worldwide. Through this work, I’ve honed a unique ability to identify and transform subconscious patterns that block growth and create conflict, empowering people to navigate challenges, unlock their potential, and create systemic change. 

I hold an undergraduate degree in Alternative Education, and I've completed over 4,000 hours of post-graduate training in various healing arts, including energy healing, Andean mysticism, somatic therapy, astrology, yoga, and dance.

I also have hands-on entrepreneurial experience as the founder/ owner of two wellness studios, a teacher training program, and a sustainable clothing boutique.

Since selling my businesses, I’ve worked globally as a mentor, consultant, collaborator and speaker with individuals and teams ready to integrate healing and self-inquiry into their lives for systemic change. I am known for systematizing inner work into  practices that are relatable, digestible and actionable.

My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between functionality and spirituality thus empowering people to realize their vision and potential.
