A grateful daughter of the verdant Pacific Northwest, Elizabeth Cocoann Swanson (“Coco”) has practiced on the cutting edge of healing, education, and holistic business development for over two decades. During her studies in Dance and Alternative Education at Western Washington University, Coco discovered the promise of intentional, embodied exploration of one’s self, systems, and environment.

With over 4,000 hours of post-graduate training with an international catalog of venerable practitioners and teachers of energy work, healing arts, Quechuan shamanism, somatic therapy, yoga, astrology, and dance, Coco is dedicated to guiding others on a journey to transform lives, including her own, and the planet itself.

Coco built several successful businesses and served as a consultant for dynamic individuals and organizations around the world. After founding Yarrow Yoga and Wellness Studio, which became a hub for health, vitality and evolution in her hometown of Spokane, WA, Coco was called to expand the reach of her offerings on a global scale. 

Her business savvy combines with her healing expertise to help shepherd conscious businesses, organizations, and individuals as they examine their ineffective systems and beliefs. With exploration, Coco tailors an actionable plan to transform and clear barriers which hamper financial and emotional potential. She travels the world as a consultant, speaking at conferences, leading seminars, and engaging with global leaders and visionaries. Together they are creating a better, healthier, and more sustainable world. 

In addition to working with adults, Coco understands the future lies in the hands of today’s children. She’s building a non-profit organization which integrates mindfulness, movement, and play into a free systematic collection of empowering videos and meditations for children and families. 

Coco sees herself as a perpetual student of all that this life and Universe have to offer. She considers it the greatest honor to work, play, and grow with so many fascinating people dedicated to reaching their fullest potential and impacting their world in a positive way.
