Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

Subscriptions

Commitment Minimum Dispute Process

  1. 1.If a Recalibration subscriber wants to cancel before their minimum term, they must email hello@cocoswanson.com
  2. 2.You will offer alternatives: pause (up to 30 days), switch to different cadence, or defer remaining sessions
  3. 3.If no resolution, the remaining commitment balance is owed
  4. 4.If the subscriber initiates a chargeback, you will dispute with Stripe and provide evidence of agreement (checkout acceptance timestamp, terms acceptance)

Exceptional Circumstances

You may, at your reasonable discretion, offer refunds or credits in circumstances including:

  • Documented medical emergency preventing use of services
  • Platform outage lasting more than 72 continuous hours
  • Content permanently removed that was the primary reason for purchase
  • Billing error by the platform (automatic refund within 14 business days)

These exceptions are at your discretion and do not create an obligation to offer refunds in all similar cases.

Good-Faith Resolution

We are committed to good-faith resolution. Please contact us before initiating a dispute so we can attempt to resolve any concerns directly.

Chargeback Policy

If a user initiates a chargeback (credit card dispute) instead of following the refund process:

  • Account is immediately suspended pending resolution
  • You will dispute the chargeback with evidence (ToS acceptance, content delivery logs, checkout records)
  • If the chargeback is resolved in your favor, the user's account remains suspended until the disputed amount is repaid
  • Repeated chargebacks result in permanent account termination
  • Chargeback filing fees assessed by Stripe may be passed to the user if the dispute is resolved in our favor
