Copyright Protection
Your content is registered and protected under US copyright law. If you discover your content being distributed without authorization, a DMCA takedown notice will be sent to the hosting platform. The hosting platform must remove infringing content within 24 to 48 hours.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If a member discovers your content being shared without authorization:
- Report to: dmca@cocoswanson.com
- Include: URL of infringing content, description, their contact information
Designated DMCA Agent
The DMCA agent must be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Counter-Notification
If a user believes their content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, they may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed material
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction
- Physical or electronic signature
